MentionKaro is a service brand operated by Trade Me India (Proprietorship), India. Last updated: 17 October 2026.

This policy explains how Trade Me India, operator of MentionKaro, handles personal data when you use this website or our services.

What we collect

  • Lead and contact form: the service you choose, business name, website address, city, business type, work email, any message you write, and your consent.
  • Technical data: the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use these only to prevent spam and abuse (for example, rate limiting).
  • Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment (such as amount, date, payment ID, and the name, email and phone you gave Razorpay) but never your full card or bank details.
  • Service delivery: any information or access you give us to deliver the service.

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your data to reply to you, deliver the audit or service you asked for, send related service and billing messages, and send at most one follow-up email about your request. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the service (website hosting and database by Cloudflare, payments by Razorpay, and email), or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep lead and contact-form data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. We keep payment and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. Audits read only your public website; we never ask for passwords for an audit.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you emails, at any time. You can also withdraw your consent. We respond to these requests within 30 days. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the people who run the service.
