MentionKaro provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no physical delivery.
How we deliver
Reports, files and other deliverables are sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you give us. Setup work is carried out directly on your website or accounts once you give us access.
Delivery timelines
- Free mini-audit: usually within 2 business days of your request.
- Audit reports (AI Visibility + Website Audit, Pro Audit): within 3 business days of payment and, where needed, of receiving the access or information we ask for.
- Fix packs and AI-Search Setup: within 7 business days of payment and of receiving the access we need.
- Monthly plans: work is delivered through each monthly cycle as agreed in the plan scope.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If you have not received your deliverable within these timelines, contact us at trademeindia.sales@gmail.com or +91 95559 55595. If we fail to deliver, our Cancellation & Refund policy applies.
